I am Adele, a personal trainer supporting busy women to get fitter and healthier.

Life can be hectic, and we are constantly ‘spinning plates’ and juggling multiple responsibilities. It’s easy for your own health and fitness to be neglected.

Exercise has a powerful impact on our mental wellbeing. The thought of starting a new exercise routine or making small behavioural changes can be overwhelming.

I am a 45+ year old woman who wants to help other women feel the best version of themselves. After a 20-year career in financial services, I made the decision to make some life changes after having my son. Having always been interested in fitness and psychology, I retrained as a Personal Trainer and a Clinical Hypnotherapist ( and thrive on watching my clients achieve their goals and grow in confidence.

    I really look forward to weekly Abs and Total Body Conditioning classes - something I never thought I’d say at 54!! 

    I like the half hour lunch time classes as it makes me take a break whilst working full time from home and doesn’t impact on my day too much.

    Adele is absolutely amazing at what she does, her PT’s are brilliant and even being able to do them over Zoom you get the full effect!!

    She sets things to suit you and even manages to push you to do more sets/heavier weights etc when you don’t even think you can! I took pictures at the start and looking at my body now I can see a massive difference!

    She pushed me so much for my first 6 weeks just in time for my holiday and I’m so glad she did I’d never felt so confident in a bikini ever! I couldn’t recommend anyone enough she’s 100% the best :)))
